Statiflo enjoyed a hugely successful WEFTEC 2019 event in Chicago, where our exciting new partnership with Transvac Systems was unveiled and received fantastic feedback from new and existing clients and contacts.

The link-up will see Statiflo Corp, the US arm of our group, sell Transvac’s products in the American municipal water treatment sector.

Transvac supplies jet pumps, jet compressors, jet mixers and other equipment for process applications.

As ever, WEFTEC attracted thousands of water and wastewater professionals from around the globe.

Gareth Fry, managing director of Statiflo, said: “WEFTEC is a great event for Statiflo Corp. We meet almost all of our municipal representatives from around the US, many of whom bring their customers to meet us, giving us time to explain and demonstrate our static mixers.

“This year has been even more important, with the launch of Transvac’s partnership with Statiflo Corp.”

Our attentions now turn to the Malaysian International Water Convention, which our general sales manager Paul Buck will be attending alongside representatives from Arachem, our business partner in Malaysia.

The event is being staged from October 1-3 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in the capital Kuala Lumpur. Paul will be welcoming visitors to booth #38.

Later in the month, Statiflo will be exhibiting at the International Ozone Association World Congress in France. It will take place from October 20-25 at the Hyatt Hotel on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice.

Then, in November, our group business development manager Carl Wilkinson will be speaking at a one-day summit being organised by IChemE.

The Mixing in the Water Industry conference will take place on Tuesday, November 12 at Chicheley Hall in Buckinghamshire and BHR Group at Cranfield in Bedfordshire.

Gareth added: “Industry events such as these mean a great deal to our team and our business.

“They provide a fantastic opportunity to meet with new and existing customers and our business partners, as well to showcase our products and our expertise to key audiences.

“They are a major focus for the company and an extremely positive driver for growth.

“Following on from an excellent few days at WEFTEC, we are now looking forward to attending events in Malaysia, France and the UK as we continued to build our profile around the world.”
